thanks for the tips
I was in so much pain today they just did the top braces, I have to go back and get the bottom ones on later. Most of my problems (teeth and jaw) are on the top though, so this is the important part.

Hey guys,
My roommate just came in to tell me she's going to stay at her parents' house with her sister while her parents go with her brother to a hospital in Westchester. They have a burn unit there, and we don't really have one good enough here I guess. So her brother has been burned on his arms and his face and she's worried and I'm worried and ugh.
Can you just like, keep her and her family (especially her brother) in your thoughts (and if you pray, your prayers)? It would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure what exactly is going on in your life right now, but it will be ok. It sounds like it's really rough and hard right now, but hang in there. It's gonna get better. Even if it feels like it isn't, it will. You just need to hang in there, keep your head up and take it all one step at a time. You can make it through and all will be ok.

Man, Russell. You could write songs for like...American Idol. Seriously.
Honestly though, kid you seem really torn up. And I sincerly hope things get better for you. Just think of your favorite memories of whoever you've lost and things will seem better. But take a few minutes to listent to the most depressing music you have and cry about everything and after that, it'll be okay. It always is.
