You watched Donnie Darko...good girl. Anyway I'm not here to spam I was here to comment. Most guys are jerks, and even the "nice" guys can be a jerk at times. Some guys just take it way to far and being a jerk becomes their entire persona. The important thing to remember is that it is not your fault if a guy treats you like shit. No matter what he says it isn't, nobody deserves to be treated like shit and it isn't your fault he's just trying to put the blame on you because he's an asshole. When you date someone just make sure he is nice to you and that he isn't slowly turning into a huge jerk. If he does look like he's gonna be a huge jerk then if you still care for him try to work it out if nothing changes, dump him before he can hurt you.

I honestly think girls that don't think they deserve the best, ie girls with low self confidence, tend to attract the guys who either treat them like shit, or play them.

See this isn't always the best advice. Sitting around waiting for things to magically go right won't always work. You have to take destiny into your own hands a lot of times, or you'll be waiting your whole life for a lot of things that will never happen.
