How on earth would you know what it is like to obtain an MBA. Do you have one? At least you can admit he couldn't possibly be an idiot.

and the same can be said to you. How do you know how hard it is to get an MBA? do you have one?

No, but I do have friends that are working towards them at schools less prestigious than Harvard. But you're right, it's easy.

its not easy its a lot of work... key word there work... bush has a work ethic... but getting MBA doesn't mean you are qualified to be a leader of the most powerful country in the world does it?

No, in that respect you are absolutely correct. The only thing I'm debating is whether or not he is an idiot. If "Because he is an idiot" is why you don't like George W Bush, then you really have no reason at all.

fuck, you could get your MBA in art history or library science. no one said you had to be a neurosurgeon or lawyer in harvard.

well it obviously isn't easy for the average person, but it makes things so much easier when you don't have to worry about finances and you have a name to back you up.

I don't think his education really proves anything... I guess the only people who know how intelligent he is, are the people who converse with him.

Fair enough. But, does that mean you think degrees are meaningless? I certainly don't wish for people to look at my BS in Software Engineering as just a piece of paper.

no they certainly aren't meaningless. I believe they are more of a tribute of hard work than intelligence. If you want it bad enough you'll get it, especially if you're an average citizen.

the man is not an idiot. if that is the only reason you "hate bush", you'll need a better one.
fortunately, there are dozens! take your pick of the litter.

Most people that completely hate Bush hate him for how he's managed to work his way up......yes, I'll admit, society today has strong support depending on who you know and what connections you have.
Many that hate Bush lack legit reasoning.......other than "duh, Iraq, enough said".
C'mon now...
