Yes, I've had panic attacks. Also heard voices and had some minor visions once or twice, but pretty much panic attacks for the most part. I'm on medication now and it's going pretty well. Up to this past friday I had a little relapse for about a week, but no real "attacks," just feeling really stressed...the wierd thing is I really had nothing to be stressed about, and I realized that...kind of hard to explain.
[this is the part where you say, "oh, he's heard voices
that explains that whole tribute album thing..."]
The voices told me to do it
I guess once you get better after something like that you kind of have to laugh about it or you'll probably end up back where you were...

Brutus is an honorable man
It's just coincidence that oil men will wage war in an oil rich land
And this one goes out to my man taking cover in the trenches with a gun in his hand
Then gets home and no one flinches when he can't feed his fam...
But Brutus is an honorable man...

i couldnt agree with you more
i find it funny (and sad at times) about some of the stuff i did went thru.. im not entirely "out of the woods" or whatever yet and like you mentioned i still have relapses (not so much with panic attacks just my overall depression) but its more manageable now.. i find you can learn a lot by looking back at what has caused or what helps you in times like this to prevent REALLY bad relapses too..
the last time i had a really bad relapse coming on.. i told my dad i was homesick and needed to come home.. and that i wanted to take in a few olp shows on the way.. so i did

ended up goin to the villanova, selinsgrove and dayton (where they opened for creed) shows that way.. it was cool. had i not gone on that trip.. who knows what wouldve happened..
go fuck yourself.

yeah, it has gotten to the point for me where I know when an anxiety attack is coming and I try to prevent it and keep it under control. I haven't had a really bad one in a while, thank god.
I'm still trying to figure out how much stress I can put myself under before I start freaking out.
For me, I usually get depressed and anxious at the same time...it's annoying.
yay! it's so fun to be crazy!!!
and yeah, i agree with troy, you have to laugh about it or you might end up back to the way you were.
