That's the one Supposedly, it draws the veiwer's eye there better than anything else. If you're doing a person, you should be able to draw a line more or less a third up or third down through their eyes.
A friend of mine has a picture of me in a pool with my shirt off, and people tell me I'm looking quite fit it in, but I think I look gross and unfortunately I'll not be able to share it.
