Not eating makes you gain weight, doesn't it? You have store more fat that way and energy is retained. Thus, you burn nothing off anymore. And you're left with more pounds then you started with.

It is true, but if you are still eating just enough to keep your metabolism going you will lose some.
Don't listen to me, my metabolism is fucked up too. I just noticed that I haven't been hungry lately and have lost some weight. I still eat, just not as much for some reason.

I lost it initially by taking doctor prescribed diet suppressants, exercising, and major diet change. No cokes, less portions, and sweets ever so often. I had to work so hard it isnt funny. But now, 4 months later, I am on a good track and still losing weight without my diet pills and just carrying on with my diet. Im never hungry and some days I just forget to eat more than a snack or two.

every time i think of diet suppressants, i think of requiem for a dream...
but wow jeni there's no way i could ever force myself to do that, that's great...i don't even have the volition to do sit ups

Funny you should mention that about requiem for a dream haha That movie was my biggest fear when taking the pills, hence why I worked extra had to not have them as my only means of weightloss and worked hard at the natural stuff

Sit ups are easy!! just use weights in your hands and your legs up on the couch. Does a great job!

oh man those sit ups suck ass. we used to do them with a big assed 45 pound weight on your chest.....not good at all. i despise sit ups.

Motivation to do any kind of exercise at all is tough. For more than a week anyhow.
