defense mechanism!AnnieDreams wrote:ARGH
So I went swimming yesterday, and I was wearing a purple skirt. I didn't bring it in the water, but it did get wet. However, said purple skirt has a defense mechanism, apparently activated when it comes into contact with water. That defense mechanism is to turn everything it touches purple.
...I didn't know that when I put the skirt back on.
My underwear, my waist, my legs, and my friend's towel all turned purple.
I managed to wash it all off, but I think the underwear and towel are ruined. It's just a good thing my shirt was black.
Ironically, I can't get purple dye to stay in my hair for much more than a week. Maybe I should just wrap the stupid skirt around my head.
I have stuff that does that. A lot of my white shirts are now off-grey because I don't bother separating my whites from my colorsAnnieDreams wrote:ARGH
