on the back of the box it lists every ingredient and the HISTORY of every ingredient. I am now an expert on Hard Red Winter Wheat, Long Grain Brown Rice, Oats, Barley, Triticale, Rye, Buckwheat, and Sesame Seeds.

'Twas accidental dude. I was cooking some KD's and some of it burnt to the pot. I tried to scrap the bottom of the pan and I splashed some boiling water onto my stomach.
