Dr. J: pour some hot water, mix in a little bit of salt with it and gargle it for a while. See if that helps.

You have to let the water cool just a little bit. Do not drink scalding hot water.

an I&I is 2 hours and a live@much is 1 hour.... i think

(they're screen captures of windows media player, but we're going to pretend I made them myself)


the avatar says "small room turning in the half-night it's drowned in the motion of the traffic outside". I know its impossible to read, but I couldnt make it anybetter. Sorry people, I was using paint!

the sig says "maybe just to look into your headlight, morning glow." that one kind of blurred a bit.
