When you have 6 extremely qualified candidates for 4 positions, though the group of 5 of you that's deciding who gets it all ends up coming up with the same 4 selections on their own. Then when you get assigned to write the email to the two people who didn't get it and put a lot of thought into it, not wanting to hurt anyone's feelings. And then one of the people who didn't get it emails you back telling you it was a "ridiculously bullshit" email and that we made the decisions based on popularity and not actual qualifications. BULLFUCKINGSHIT. It was entirely qualification based and now I am really fucking pissed off at this kid *and* not feeling bad at all about not being able to pick him anymore. GAHHHHH.
