Staples is right next to Futureshop here and we basically had the same stuff on sale, but people were lined up outside at like 6:30 in the morning, in the snow for some half-assed deal. Then when we opened it was a rish of people who were fed up with Futureshops shitty service and lack of stock so came over to Staples and got exactally what they wanted.
I had one guy tell me today that he stood in line to be cashed in for 40 minutes then quit, left, went to staples and found the same thing with absolutely no lines.
My store is wicked. <3

(I bought a 128mb flash drive for my cousin for $15 and a 512mb memory card for my digital camera for $28 $\m/$ )

the same thing happened to us at zellers. futureshop has the shittiest boxing day deals anywhere, and people flock to them.

It's all about the name. Staples doesn't sound exciting, Futureshop does.

besides, not necessarily. a guy i work with got stabbed in the shoulder in a bar a block away from my house. because he didnt have any money to give the guy robbing him.

if i were in toronto i'd be with people who could calm me down. i wouldnt be alone freaking out and wanting to pop my eyeballs to get the spiders out.
