What with travelling and choir and school and choir I haven't made it here since september, but I have returned!
I missed you guys. I've been here for 60 seconds and already you've made me laugh out loud.
and I'd like to compliment Saman on her incredibly awesome new sig. It'll be on dvd in 27 days!

So, anyway, Hi again. I'm sure you all missed me :roll:

{[Edit] and my grand returning post is number 2222 }
That's who was missing from the cm! I missed you! Did you have a good trip?

Sure you did :P
I had a lovely trip. Lots of spanish and stuff. Some of the food wasn't the best though, and I ended up getting sick. On a brighter note, however, We won! (we being the newfoundland symphony youth choir, and what we won being the 37th annual tolosa abesbatza lehiaketa, if you by some chance don't speak basque, it's a big worldwide choral competition) we were first in the sixteen-and-under division, and second overall, 2.5 points behind a norwegian adult choir.
Did anyone actually hear about it? the word was that it was "all over canadian news" but something tells me that was a huge exageration.

oh, and my friend conducted a mullet count. It was over 400. There's fear they'll be the next big thing.

And, saman, we've met in spirit. or in cyberspace. Whichever.

I stayed up allllllll night last night. Doing what you say? Well, listening to Spiritual Machines! So several pots of rather strong coffee later, I listened to SM 14 times.

I'm gonna crash and burn hard when the caffine wears off. :happytears:

Question for the scholarly:

I've already got a quote from someone, but in order to referance them properly, I'd have to find the book the quote's from, yes? I quoted Paley for my philosophy paper, but I'm not sure if just quoting his excerpt in the textbook will be good enough.
