From Vancouver 2010's website:DG wrote:When is the performance roughly? Has it already occured or what?
"At 7:00 pm, the medal ceremonies will be held for the winning athletes of the day at Whistler-area venues, followed 30 minutes later by that night’s headlining act. The evening celebrations will end at approximately 8:30 pm."
And MOL is right, it's about 7:05 PM there now, so the medal ceremonies have just begun. OLP will be up in about 30 minutes... but it's not being broadcast on any TV network live... it may be aired later on but not live.

Much has a Vancouver 2010 Concert Series thing, but tonight, it's Paul Brandt, and not OLP, so whatever that means.
I was watching MOD Live at the Base, waiting ever so patiently for OLP. After an hour and forty-five minutes, they were on! I saw a quick interview, a cut to a different segment, and they promised 'more with OLP' (more of an interview plus the performance)... and then the power went out.
So I missed it.

? Did you check out the Youtube clip? I think I know what part you mean... the girl said they'd "be right back" then they showed a music video and came back... it's all in the Youtube clip. At the actual end of the interview there was nothing said about "more OLP" later onShanae wrote:Much has a Vancouver 2010 Concert Series thing, but tonight, it's Paul Brandt, and not OLP, so whatever that means.

“Music doesn’t have the power to change the world. What music does is it changes people, & that changes the world, so to say that music doesn’t change people anymore is just ridiculous. It does everyday. It doesn’t have to be on a political or social level. You could be feeling shitty & it makes you happy & if that’s all it does, it’s changing the world. It’s making it a better place.” ~ Raine Maida

Yesterday before going to bed I turned on ctv one last time in hope that they'd air some concerts at night and saw some country singer performing on stage for the olympics. I don't know if it was the only show that they aired late like this but right when I turned it on it was the end of it and they switch to the hockey game. (if you are curious about the time, it was near 2 a.m.)

Yes, that's the video I uploaded... we were talking about it in this thread last night. As for a setlist of the actual performance later that night, no one knows yet. We dont' seem to have any CMers that were in the vicinity to actually go see OLP, so we have to wait for Trusty (just greattwiqz wrote:I found this (MuchMusic interview Feb. 17, 2010)DG wrote:I never expected to see it air.
