My brother broke a bone in his foot from walking too much. He used to walk everywhere and when we moved to 2 miles away from anywhere he kept doing so.

Oh it's definatly a pinched nerve because those are my exact symptoms.

I'm pretty sure my big toe was hurt pretty bad just from walking. Not broken (cos I could still move it), but it hurt a lot just to move it or touch it. It still hurts, actually, just not quite as bad. Or maybe I've gotten used to it. Either way.

You'd be amazed how injured a person can get doing simple things like walking!

people who are REALLY GOOD (seriously, REALLY GOOD) at acting like they're your friends, who one day do something really awful to you that makes you realize, ultimately, they care for no one but themselves. you can give up everything for them, and they will take it for granted, and then turn around and stomp you to pieces. all while smiling, of course. i mean they could do all that shit to me, but they just had to SMILE, too.
