Weigh it, then you can probably go to the Canadian post office's site and find out... USPS's site does that, anyway.

Whatever it is, it goes by weight.
under 30g = .50
between 0-50g = .85
over 50g = 1.00
I think. Thats off the top of my head though. If its in like a box or something I'd just bring it into a canada post office in like shoppers drugmart and be like "I wanna mail this" and they'll weight it and everything for you.

sarah! i have a request!
i have no idea if my secret santa person read my post about sending their gift a week before dec 15 or after jan 9, so could you please send them a pm saying that if they haven't sent their gift by now, they should do it after jan 9? i don't want my present to get here too late and be enjoyed by the mail people instead of me :S

What kind of crazy place do you live in where post offices don't open on Saturday (any time, let alone at Christmas)???

Yeah, that's weird.
Anyway, I'm hopefully going Christmas shopping in a bit... so I'll be able to wrap everything up tonight... I... hope... though maybe not, depending on how long it takes to shop.
Anyway, my Secret Santa will hopefully be in the mail very soon.
