it technically is closer to assited suicide then murder, it just so happened that his way of death was being cut up......after eating his own penis. Although there has to be some other penality thrown in there for the guy actually hide the body away and eating it......i['m not sure what though....

I don't think it's murder. I read that the victim actually took a whole whack of sedatives, which may have killed him before he was stabbed. If this is in fact true, I'm not sure you could say it was murder. I don't know what it would fall under... possibly neglect of a dead body... but I don't think it would count as murder.

Assisted suicide is the most the guy could be charged with.
