very true, actually almost all countries have racism, and canada being so mulitcultural is probably one of less racist ones, Canada doesn't a rock solid written out identity because of all our cultures so there isn't as huge a identity and culture to discriminate against minorities as some other countries ex. Catholic's in America, Britain and Ireland are discrimanated agaisnt because of the large Protestant history

Edit: Hmm... I did find this definition which may just have debunked myself. It still points out Jews as the usual target, though:

"Opposition to, or hatred of, Semites, esp. Jews"
