you should ask your mom! don't hesitate.
i'm being hypocritical though, i guess. i wanted to ask her to take me to Ottawa, but i did nothing. then again, i doubt she wouldd've taken me! and now i want a guitar ... but i just don't know how to ask her.

i'm not really sure, i am not very experienced when it comes to musical instruments lol. i am just really intersted in music, and i thought that this might be a good way to expand my 'creative mind'
yes, you should ask your mom ... its OLP, how could you not?!

i am sure in April they will start a new US tour and play plenty of East Coast dates.

I hope so...
I hope they rest alittle first though....
I am leaning towards more that I could go.
If OLP played ...say 4 or 5 more east coast dates...I would go to every one if I could, but my brother is the one that goes with me...and I think ifI go to the CT show on the 8th..he'll be tired of seeing OLP < he's not a huge fan like me> ...AAA!! I wish I could drive.

yeah not being able to drive definitely sucks. i'm 16, but i don't have my license because I never practice driving. the only two times I did drive outside of driver's ed, i ran over my lawn and almost got hit. and seeing as how i don't think i'll be practicing in the ice, I won't have it for a while

My mom said this morning that she won't drive me there. Grrrr. She won't let me drive myself. But I didn't talk to her at all after she said that cuz it was too early and I knew if I tried to convince her I wodn't be able to get my thoughts straight. So as soon as she gets home tonight I am going to talk to her. I won't give up without a fight!! She said it's two hours away but I just looked on mapquest and it's only an hour and a half. Grrr... If I don't go to this I will DIE!! Die, I tell you!!!!

I'm gonna get my permit as soon as I turn 16...
because here in NY they are trying to pass a law.... you have to get ur permit after 18...so I just wanna get mine quick before that happens.

Until you turn 18? That sucks! How do they expect kids to work and stuff? If they're gonna do something like that they should at least make it so you can get your permit at 16 and your lisence at 18.

NYS are always threatening to pass stupid laws like that. don't worry. not gonna happen.
if all goes well, i'll have my junior license in about a month!

I'm having issues now...this coming weekend is my birthday (the grand old age of 25).
I'm sure my parents would let me come home the following week to attend the show, and I may decide to rent a car and drive from Boston anyway. It's about an hour from Boston to UConn, and about an hour from my parents' house to UConn, though I don't know where Jorgensen is. I'm still thinking of going to Halifax the weekend after that for some nice Canadian award shows, or I might go to Montreal or Ottawa since Monday is Presidents' Day and skate in Ottawa or hockey in Montreal, and watch the awards ceremony on TV Sunday night before driving home Monday. At the age of 25, I can rent a car
I'm not sure if I can do OLP *and* ECMA weekend.
