I had an orthadontist appointment yesterday, that wasn't followed by extreme pain.

I always had problems with the brackets that went around the back molars... they'd cut up the inside of my cheeks and the surrounding gums REALLY bad all the time. Ugh. My front brackets ALWAYS came off, too (dentist said I must have acid spit or something ). I got really good at removing the wire myself in the middle of class. It happened like twice a month at least.

I do not miss my braces at ALL. Those things should be made illegal. Lousy torture contraptions.

i can relate to almost all of that.

my retainers feel wierd all of the sudden. but i only have to wear em as i sleep so..meh
