Alan, that thing with your ankle, it sounds a LOT like what happened to my ankle over the summer. If it's anything like mine the lump will not go away for... i dunno how long, mine's still swollen like that 3 months later. I'm planning to go to the doctor about it some time. sorry to add to your troubles but i figured you should know

I am used to pain. Just to show you, I will recap my tennis injuries.
Freshman Year
Hit in face by swinging tennis racquet, which isn't that bad. It knocked me out though.
Sophomore Year
Sprained both knees at same time trying to volley
Fractured bone in left foot by rolling ankle
Sprained right ankle
Junior Year
I was serving with a heavier racquet and separated my elbow and a tendon in my elbow. That tendon has yet to be found. It just kinda disappeared.
Went to serve a ball, and my racquet hit my shin bone, leaving a scar and denting my shin bone.
Senior Year
Overhead in testicles
Randomly collapsed on court during a change over
Went to return a serve on my backhand side, and the ball pulled my racquet, tearing my tricep.
See, I can tell you that I am used to pain, because this is just from tennis, and I do a lot of other things, like roofing. And I would like to propose a question. Why would some one promise to call you to and then leave you sitting at home on a Friday night being depressed?

My brother's coming back for a weekened next month, or at the end of this month...I'm so excited.
I miss him...so much.
Meanwhile, I wanna see The Good Girl. But it's rated R, and probably a chick flick, meaning that if I wanna see it, I have to go with mum...Umm...-_-

so, I was sick of studying and my friends and I were bored. Me being the freak that I am, said, "HEY!!! Let's go chalk the diag!!!" (the diag is this area in central campus where everyone hangs out, there are political demontrations, etc.) We laid on the ground and drew police sketches of ourselves, made them all pretty looking, drew some butterflies, and flowers too. I wrote two OLP lyrics and a big "Mazurites UNITE!"
so....If you're in the Ann Arbor area, go check out my masterpiece. It's between the chem and Natural Science building. yay!!!

I heard Life on the radio for the first time in a really long time today. It was really good. It really is a gorgeous song. I don't understand how people can say that it's bad. It got overplayed, but that shouldn't automatically make something bad. It just blew me away all over again. I love when that happens.

I ran the music in the cafeteria today at lunch at school... played Is Anybody Home and saw quite a few ppl singing along... we did quite well and played a lot of different stuff (Beatles, Strokes, Ramones, Matt Good) I think everyone enjoyed it and from what i was told by some ppl we did a good job on our first day (we as in me and my partner in crime... who is the promotions director, so me and her have to do a lot of school stuff together cause I'm Social Convenor so ya...)

/\ /\ /\ Cool.
G_S, I once tried to stab someone and take their ticket, but when I got up to them he swung around nutted me, jacked my knife and came back in a clown outfit.

Yeah, I might have my own radio show in college. My friend Paul and I applied for jobs at my college radio station and have been pushing to get our own underground punk hour. You all know I would have to play something by Alkaline Trio. But we have so much shit that we could play it's unbelievable. I hope I get the call back, because I don't want a conventional job, at all.
