It looks like things are heavily leaning towards Kym hosting us in San Diego the second week of July. I have July 8-16 off, and I believe Sooz has the second week of July off as well.

I think we figured on July 8 - July 16. At least I know I'm off that week and Sooz is off that week as well.

Yeah, I already have everything scheduled off, Heather has her schedule cleared. Kym and Josh are expecting us. So as far as I know, it's all go. The next thing needing to be done is booking flights and making plans for what we are going to do during the week. Kym has a night class on two of the nights we are there, so we'll have to find something to do while she is busy with that.

Kym told me people should fly into San Diego since it's like a 2 hour drive each way from San Diego to LA.

I also just realized that someone may need to rent a car because there isn't enough room in Kym's car for everyone... so flying into LA may be alright even if Kym doesn't want to drive up and back twice for airport trips, as long as someone flying into LA rents a car. :*)**
We all need to plan out what we're doing and when.
