ok i'm gonna be a senior tomorrow... and i have to take the DAMN BUS to school!! noooooooooo!!!!!

I had to take the school bus until November of my senior year, when I finally got my lisense, and even then, my parents wouldn't let me drive until spring, so I really took the bus until March of my senior year. :|

Ditto. And of course I totalled my car in June so right now "the world's a subway."

BUT I HAVE NO SCHOOL ;)

damn guys, it sounds like school sucks ass for you all. not me though. i walked in said here when the lady took role, then she told us to bring a zip disk and we left. awsome fucking day of school. gotta love college.

sorry, i remember high school, showing up to class late cause you were making out with your chick, your shirt's untucked, but you don't give a fuck and the teacher doesn't bother cause she knows you not going to do it anyhow and she's got all these annoying kids to teach and a bottle of gin waiting in the second drawer of her desk, turning in papers that you did 1/2 ass on and then passing the class with a b. the only reason you didn't get an a was cause you were always late to class cause you were busy making out with your chick. then you meet up with your football buddies and chill out in the back of the class and cheat and swap answers from the one football player who's going out with the smart girl in class. of course you don't need them but the star linebacker does so help him out (we need him on the team). then go to the stoners and help them out with their work. they're gonna have a really hard life ahead of them being hooked on drugs for life, you might as well help them while you can. then when you get kicked out of class for making fun of your teachers accent, thus making everyone in the class laugh and forget about the test they're stressing and cramming for. this helps the loner in the corner forget about shooting up the place and realize that what he might consider funny is also what other "groups" of peoiple think are funny thus making him feel like he "belongs" and instead of going to the principals class you just head over to the field house and talk to coach about next weeks game against bracketville. then you walk into your chicks class and chill out with her till athletics and you got to dash out to the field house again to get ready for special teams workouts before practice. then you strap them on (football pads) and get ready for practice while your chick is practicing cheerleading and then volleyball. then after practice you pick your chick up, tell her co-cheerleaders/volleyball players that they looked good doing what ever the hell they were doing. then go into town and do "things" then you come home and go to sleep and get ready to do it all over again. senior life is awsome!

AW SHIT, THIS ISN'T HELPING ANY OF YOU ANY AT ALL  it's just a lesson here, enjoy school cause it's fun. there is always a way for you to pass your tough as shit classes. i never did homework the last three years of high school and i made it out with a b average. do your thing and fuck everyone else. yeah i was one of the jocks/manwhores but i didn't let the people who were anti jock bother me just like those people wern't bothered by me. my schools (all 7 in 5 different towns) were bad fucking ass, and this is how i managed to make it out of high school in one piece.

From my journal:
School started today.

Last night, I was kind of excited. Picked out all my clothes, set em up on my chair, and went to bed after taking a shower and watching Bubble Boy, which I bought yesterday, because I'm in love with Jake Gyllenhaal. Leave me be, he's ADORABLE, and a good actor. Oddly enough, while I was getting my clothes together, I got a stabbing pain in my back which has yet to dissipate. It's currently ebbed to a dull ache that gets worse if I twist certain ways. My upper arms are starting to hurt, and just sitting upright makes it hurt... Fuck. I better not've fucked up my back again.

Okay, so, about school...I woke up this morning at 6, about 20 minutes before mum came in to wake me up. That always happens. I wake myself up before I even have to wake up. It was raining, so I hoped it would be cold again today...I was wrong. I sweated my ass off.

All of my classes suck. Not only are they hard to get to in one-fucking-minute, most of my classes are filled with people that either hate me, or don't know me. Yep. Friend-less. And it fucking sucks. I don't know...I have aquaintances, but they all have their own friends. Who are usually in the same class. So I'm usually the odd one out.

Maybe I need to settle in summore. Gimme a few weeks or so, and I'll have made summore friends. Especially given that my art class is filled with freaks and geeks like me.

I do like my history teacher. I came in and he was telling a story. He seems nice...I have so much stuff I have to bring into class, and I very much doubt I'll have time to use my locker this year, just like last year.

Yes, Jake is the man! Rent (or buy) "October Skies" (or "Sky", I'm not sure...). It's a great movie, and Jake is great in it. He even has an accent!

October Sky...i really liked that movie. my mom got it for me one day when i was home sick from school..i think it was either 11th or 12th grade...all i remember is having the flu and having my pain eased by this really great movie. that boy was on letterman the other day, although it was a rerun.

Yeah well, time to battle the idiot kids down at the bookstore. This could take hours..it's like the damn mall down there. Fuck college...I wish I were talented enough to quit and become a musician...but I'm not...so I'll go brave the lines at the bookstore instead.

I am so f-ing exhausted. I just played a 3 and a half hour volleyball game and I did not get taken out once. Jeebus, I'm so pooped. We won, though, so that's good. I've never played such an intense game in my life. I never thought we were going to win, so I'm so excited.

God, I love winning.

I'm on my third martini. I don't care what anyone says... a martini isn't a martini unless it's made with high quality gin. and no, I'm not a raging alcoholic. I've been working for a solid month and I deserve a week of weekends. dammit.

besides, Z is playing Quake. he's started hosting the server for his friends at his company. zoinks.

oh... my... gawd... I will soooooo kill the power supplies to all our systems before I turn into a Quake widow.

hey, I did my school stuff. high school, college... I went through my "school tomorrow morning" time. now that I'm an a-dult I get the happy reprieve of marrying a successful network security engineer and can work at the kind of job I love (truck driving part-time) and still be able to live comfily. shut up, I can say comfily if I want. damn youuuuuuu allllllll.

i have the back to school curse. it took me two hours to read two pages today. i thought i was reading, my eyes were moving, but when i got to the end i realized i had no idea what the hell i had just moved my eyes through. so then i started over..and once again, about a sentence in i started thinking of boys topless, and backyard bbq's. finally on the third time i think i might have faintly grasped the concept... :|
