some customer called today and was so mean. she was getting attitude with me after i said my greeting. apparently my supervisor sent her package standard mail and was suppose to send overnite so the skank ho lady wanted to talk to her. i felt bad cause the customer was being such a bitch and yelling at her. i hate when they call and yell like that cause there is nothing we can do and yelling at someone and making them feel like crap isn't gonna help anything. i felt bad for my supervisor cause there's nothing she can do but sit there and take and she's one of the nicest chicks i've ever met and she said she just found out earlier one of her friends passed away. :( people really need to realize people on the other end of the phone that you're yelling at have feelings too. :-/ and i really could care less if it was my superviors fault. doesn't give anyone the right to talk to someone like that. the other day she told me come customers threated her. these customers are freakin CRAZY! :neutral:

This is why I could never be a supervisor or manager. I'd probably snap after a while and start screaming back at them. Your poor supervisor that sucks, some people are assholes.

little girls are too easy to shop for. everytime i go out i always see such cute stuff to get my little sister but i have to stop myself cause i'll end up getting her 10 times more than everyone in my family :lol:

It took me eight hours to get from London to Peterborough.

Not counting the hour it took me to get from my house to the bus.

Then I had to immediately go to work for three more hours.

This has been a very long day. :uh:
