She's getting charged with Failing to Yield to a pedestrian. She could get Jail time. And i know my parents are filing a class action law suit. She'll get hers. Plus i wouldnt have to want to deal with a hysterical me.

Man, I feel really bad for your sister, thankfully she'll be ok.

I feel bad for the driver too. Of course she was at fault, but man, wouldn't it be the most horrible thing to know that you hurt someone, or even killed someone?

She was pretty torn up, but she was talking on her cell phone and not paying attention, therefore: No empathy for her. [Talking on her Cell when she Hit my sister].

There is a reason its illegal.

Two years ago there was a little boy, I think he was 9, hit by a car while he was riding his bike. We live on the side of a mountain, and main road runs perpendicular to it. He was going down one of the residential roads pretty fast and when he turned out onto the main one he was hit by a car. The lady who did it was driving perfectly well and even under the speed limit, about 40mph. The boy died. I drive by the memorial thing all the time. Everytime I feel so bad for the family and for the lady. She has alot of problems now. Ugh. I'm not driving anymore...to scary.
