anyways.. the outdoor classic.. wow. my congrats to edmonton and dan craig for pulling that off as sucessfully as they did.. i know it wouldve been nice for the city if the oilers (present day) won too but it was awesome nonetheless
and a bigger congrats to the players in the present day game for putting on a good show and surviving
especially jose .. that toque on his mask thing was interesting
and finally.. seein gretz and messier on the ice again in an oilers uni brought a tear to my eye
... those guys were the reason i got into hockey when i was young and seeing them together again after so many years was amazing and brought back many a memory

i needed to rant
and let that out
i just lost 18 points (im now 36 pts out of 1st in the pool im in and only 16 up on 3rd instead of 34) all because of a trade that when i made, i thought it was legal and now im being told its not.. and on top of that, since to make my trade i dumped al mcinnis for paul mara, i technically am gonna lose out DOUBLY.. so im going to have mara traded for either souray, pronger or blake (at no cost to me in terms of a trade) and i have to replace lemeiux again
