I beat Contra in less than 11 minutes. I got the achievement. That's my comparison to MGS4.

Xbox360 Rumors galore are flying around today as E3 approaches next month.

1. The "Lips" rumor is reportedly Microsoft's answer to Sony's Singstar. It will feature 2 mics that have built in lights that pulse to the song, and will also have motion detection in them allowing you to score additional points for motion. It will ship with appx 30 songs and feature its own online section to download more. It will also have the ability to take songs from cds and ipods. That last part I dunno if I believe.

2. The fall update will have the addition of "avatars" which will answer Nintendo's Mii's. These avatars will be fully customizeable and will be integrated into some future game titles.

3. Microsoft is planning an addition to the live arcade which will feature game shows and possibly sports fantasy leagues.

4. New motion sensing controller peripheral on the way.

5. GH4 will ship for about 179.99 for the bundle and all perphs will be wireless. It will feature songs by Linkin Park, Sublime, Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, Muse, and many others.

Like, the word epic is thrown around a lot these days, but man, MGS4 is completely deserving of it. It is the definition of epic. Entire games wish they had endings as good as the endings to MGS4's individual acts.

How in blazes can I defeat the gekko in the nuclear warhead storage building? My freaking AT missiles can't hit the damn thing!

I didn't manage to damage it. I just ran around until the Mk. III got the door unlocked.

I just camped in a corner and shot at it with my silenced M4 carbine.


But now, I'm locked in a battle with Crying Wolf and i haven't got a clue how to beat it.

CW took me a while to get. Basically when she fires her rail gun, he has to pop out of her suit, so you snipe her when she's out. What I did was go on one of the towers and hide in full camo when I saw her walking around. Then I went in to NV mode on the Solid Eye and popped her w few times with a silenced M4. That made her pop out of her suit to attack, so I got her a few more times. The grenade launcher and SVD work also.

Which towers are you refering to?

the two in the middle of the map, basically straight ahead from where you start off. there are usually a couple guards walking around but they drop easy with full camo + silenced gun

silencers are quite important. you most likely won't alert anyone by sight if you're constantly in camo, but sound will get you.

Man, I bummed hard when Naomi died. Man, poor Otacon.


But now, Ray is currently kicking my ass as I can't seem to avoid his charging attack.

that naomi thing kind of came out of nowhere. left me more 'wtf?' than sad.

also, what difficulty are you on? with the ray fight, i just hung back, peppered him with bullets and shot down any missiles he shot at me, which then gave me an opening to pwn him. don't get too close to him, but if you do, hit R1 without holding L1 and rex can melee attack. i was playing on naked normal though so i'm not sure how the fight is on other difficulties.

I'm on naked normal right now and I didn't know about using R1. Can it be used to stop Ray's charge?

You might be able to counterattack with it, but your safest bet is probably to just keep moving and hope he runs in to a building or something.

should I get the daxter or god of war psp?

Gamefly is having a blowout on specific titles. Mind you they are used, but Gamefly always ships quality discs with original inserts and cases. Titles include Bioshock for 24.99. Assassins Creed for 17.99. Even Mass Effect for 19.99.
