i was just listening to IME's Tool cover, it's very very good, i wish they had a good version of this. It's amazing how close Brian gets to Maynard in this song

Well for anyone interested i've started the long process of puttingup all my IME media on the Hub including Live, Rare and Video, if anyone wnats anything in particular they can't find that i don't have up yet just tell me and i'll get it up. Also i'll be putting up all there albums so that any unbelievers can download some stuff to try out

is their cover of 46&2 with brian? I always thought it was edwin. Well i'll have to listen to that again.

i hope IME do the cross canada tour soon, i was sposed to be starting around now but it got post-poned, but it should still be coming up soon

well they tour with F 11 alot, and also Dream Theater and Clarknova are pretty common, but they could have just about anyone. The tour should start fairly soon none the less.

F11 would be awesome, they're a great live act, I've seen them twice.

yeah they're really good live, even though James Black isn't as good technically as Jag, he still has some pretty great work, and amazing showmanship

those guys and their spinning guitars . . . when I saw them at summersault they were both going completely nuts, not som much when they opened for olp in the last tour but still . . .

lol yeah, James did this cool reflecting light thing, when a beam of light was pointed at him he caught it with his shiny guitar which made this cool light prism thing go acroos parts of the crowd

they wont tour w/ f11 seein as tho f11 is touring on its own for the new cd and shit
it wouldnt make any sense for them to do 2 tours and possibly not close (altho im sure they'd "co-headline" and i could seriously see them closing over IME)

yeah, lately f11 have gotten pretty popular and ime's pretty much been going the other way. I think if the two bands played together f11 would be the headliners

yeah it's hard to say, IME have the history with them off grass roots fans that attend concerts, Finger 11 have always opened for them before but your probably right F11 have done really well lately, so they woudl at least be co-headlining. Heh. OLP used to open for IME at one point too.........

my friend saw ime a couple months ago with 30 seconds to mars, and Billy Talent (long before we knew who they were). God I wish I'd seen that show, but I could really justify going coz I'd just seen Tool the night before, and it was midterm season (or was it finals, I can't remember). This was also before QMD came out so I wasn't uber into them yet, I had heard Juicy, and the singles off the other albums, but nothing other than that.

yeah that would have been a really cool show, although any show with IME would be a cool show, i'm not to big on Brians new beard though.....he kinda looks.....homeless
