Today was nice because I'm getting a handle on what I'm going to be doing when I take over for a week and a half on IMEs.

TWNB my friend started my day off well by texting me at 5:30 and then calling me at 8:30 to wish me a happy birthday and saying she'd come to see me on monday or tuesday in celebration.
followed by others wishing me a happy birthday and a thread!
aaaaaaaaaaaaaand I had waffles!

today has been very nice so far because i found out that although neither pharmacy nor nutrition at the university of saskatchewan has accepted me right out, i'm #4 out of 24 on the nutrition waitlist, which means that there's a very high chance of me being accepted. in other words: a;sidjf;aiejo;aiga i'mgoingbacktosaskatoon!!!!!!

TWWNB (this weekend was nice because): I had one of of those moments of pure happiness, like being ready to explode because of so much excitement, standing on this wall on the Rideau Street bridge in Ottawa, with people as far as the eye could see all gathered there to celebrate a shared sense of being Canadian, with fireworks exploding all around us.
It was beautiful.

That's exactly how I felt at Edgefest - with a fantastic group of people, singing my heart and lungs out, in absolute ecstasy because I'd just met the people who have had one of the greatest influence on my life, who SAVED my life, and I had gotten to tell them so, it was my dream come true and it was absolute heaven.
So I'm with you Yannic.
This was a weekend I will never ever forget.

we got a shipment of stuffed animals in for charity which included giraffeeeeesssss and i got to put them out!!
and i got paid time and a half for working!
