Chad: See, what you do is, multiply the volume in litres by the concentration to get the number of moles of sodium hydroxide, then you use the ratio from the coefficients in the balanced chemical equation to determine the moles of sulfuric acid that were neutralized. THEN you divide that by the volume to get the concentration!
