Ahh yes. I've had my ear flushed before (after I had an ear infection a few years ago).
I'm hoping that's what they do. It feels so freakin' awesome to have your ear flushed out. With nothing blocking your ear canal at all, you get like super-sonic hearing for the first hour or so afterwards.
If they do decide to do that, I'll ask them if they can do my left ear, too. You know, just to keep everything balanced.

heh

Ya it feels so great after, apparently my left ear was so blocked the doctor couldn't even see my ear drum anymore or part of the ear canal for that matter, which explains the pain and loss of hearing it was so great after, except i had water on my ears

Someone I used to work with went to have his ears cleaned out and something went wrong and he was deaf for a week!! And it was Christmas too

Well that explains why the doctor kept asking if i felt pain or was dizzy. Did he get his hearing back?

Yes, it was fine after a few weeks - and then he had to go back to have his ears cleaned out cos they hadn't actually finished cleaning them the first time!!

Damn, no flushing for me.
Turns out it is/was an inner ear infection, so I've just got to take some anti-biotics and wait for my ear drum to pop. The doctor said it should happen within a week.

Bummer man, it sounded like you really wanted your ears flushed, you can always get it done after the infection clears up.

Oh well. Maybe I'll just stick a penny in each ear and head down to the ER. heh

Ooh, good idea. Harder to get out with tweezers or something.

Is a doctor supposed to tell people how to injure themselves?

Johnny's corrupt. He's like our very own Dr. Nick.

Though, reading that again, I think that might've been a way to get the marbles out.

Why do I have the feeling Johnathan's gotten them stuck in his ears before and this solution is first-hand knowledge.

Because you've been here longer and probably know johnathan would do that.

I can just see Johnathan in the ER...
Doctor: So tell me again ... why did you super glue toothpicks to the inside of your ears?
Johnathan: To get the marbles out!
