i have a steady lifting program that ive followed for a long time (well, i slack off during school cuz i have no time). i cant gain weight so i dont really do jogging or aerobic type exercises, except jogging cuz i like it. i also get that kind of work out from playing basketball and other sports. i dont really consider it work. sure, lifting hurts and takes time, but i just feel a whole lot better about myself, and its a great way to take out aggression and anger.
