It's not a common term but I've heard it now and again. In North America we mainly use the % alcohol content, which is deemed to be about half of the "proof"... so 40% alcohol by volume is approx 80 proof. This conversion is apparently different overseas and has changed over the years.

I don't agree, I think men should have an opinion on abortion. The problem is that they never take responsibility for what they do. So I suppose only responsible men should have an opinion :lol:
