freedom links
back to philosophy for a sec.
i have one, it's not complicated but people have a hard time getting it. it took me two years to fully immerse myself in it. i've got some links to the websites that influenced me for those of you i think might actually read and understand some of them (and that list is short: Corey, Reno, Narbus. I'm not sure about the rest of you)
http://www.anti-state.com
http://www.strike-the-root.com
http://www.self-gov.org
http://www.free-market.net
http://www.capitalism.org
these sites are good because they show the wide spectrum of my beliefs. some even advocate a small government.
i would subscribe to any and all of the philosphies presented on the above sites but ultimately i'm a full blown anarchist. anyway, enjoy.
also, you may want to check this out:

I got 35
31-50 points: Your libertarian credentials are obvious. Doubtlessly you will become more extreme as time goes on.
Meh .. whatever .. not a clue what that means

I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

Yeah, I'm the most libertarian person to post so far. And I expected a few of you to score a lot higher than me. Maybe Doug's right about people being plugged into the matrix . . .
Scratch that, second most libertarian . . .

41, for the record.
PS: There are some of the issues there I haven't really read up on much, (rent control, knock out a full half of all government regulatory agencies, etc.) so this score does hold a certain margin of error.
And the "160 points: Perfect! The world needs more like you." comment does lead me to believe *some* bias may exist here. Maybe.

You can't go around building a better world for people. Only people can build a better world for people. Otherwise it's just a cage.
